NOTICE OF MEEETING TO CONSIDER INCREASE IN RATES CLIFTON WATER DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section §32-1-903(1)-(2), C.R.S.; §24-6-402(2)(c), C.R.S.,
to the customers of Clifton Water District and all other interested persons that the Board of Directors of the Clifton Water District shall consider increasing the District's water service rates and other fees at an open public meeting to be held at 5:00 PM on Thursday, November 3, 2022 held at 510 34 Rd., Clifton, CO. NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that any customer or other interested person may appear at said time and place for the purpose ofproviding input, comments or objections regarding any proposed rate or change increase. Information regarding the proposed increases may be obtained from the District office located 510 34 Rd, Clifton CO 81520, 970-434-7328, Monday through Friday during normal business hours (i.e., 8:00 am to 5:00 pm).
