Invoice Cloud FAQ's

Invoice Cloud has numerous payment methods available, including Amex, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and Text to Pay. 

 

1.      How can I avoid paying any fees for processing my payments?

  • Mail a check to PO Box 70 81520
  • Use your checking or savings account to process a one-time or recurring payment with Invoice Cloud
  • Drop your payment off at City Market in Clifton or in our Drop Box located at 510 34 Road.  Payments must be made via check or money order, and please do not drop cash payments at either location.
  • Make any form of payment in our office or via our drive-up at 510 34 Road during normal business hours, M-F 8 AM-5 PM.

2.      Can I submit payment via telephone? 

  • Yes, to submit your payment over the phone, please contact our Pay-By-Phone option by calling 970-434-7328 Option # 2.  Payments by phone will incur a $.75 fee and any applicable processing fees based on your payment method.
  • You may also request our Customer Service Team to send you a payment link via text message. You can then process your payment via text message without paying the additional telephone fee.
