Recorded easements are still needed for the pump station. Staff have submitted easement and survey documents for the pump station building to the City of Grand Junction for approval. Staff have also been working with Grand Valley Power on planning power pole extensions to the anticipated location of the pump station. An easement will need to be recorded for power as well.
