Members of the public may request to address the Clifton Water District Board of Directors by completing the form below. Requests are subject to review in accordance with District policies and applicable Colorado Open Meetings requirements.

• Regular Board Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month at 5:00 p.m. at the Clifton Water District office.
• To secure a time slot on the upcoming Agenda, submit request no later than 12:00 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the scheduled Board meeting.
• Individuals approved to speak before the Board will be allotted up to five (5) minutes to present their comments.
• Once your request has been received and reviewed, Clifton Water District staff will contact you to confirm whether your request has been placed on the agenda and provide your scheduled speaking time. Notifications will be sent no later than 4:00 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the scheduled Board meeting.
