The citizens of Whitewater approved the proposed Ballot Measure to be included into the Clifton Water District Service Area on October 7th, 2025.  Immediately following that outcome, Clifton Water District began the process of executing this with the Court System, the Mesa County Clerk & Recorder, and the Mesa County Assessor.  This process will be finalized prior to year end 2025.  

All Citizens with an 81527 Zip Code that were included in the Election will see their rate change from Out Of District to Whitewater In-District for the January 2026 Billing.
